At Stratos Green, we are dedicated to providing high-quality digital marketing and website design services tailored to your business. Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our work, the following refund policy applies:
1. Non-Refundable Services
All services provided by Stratos Green—including website design, branding, digital marketing, SEO, ad management, and listing optimization—are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes deposits and partial payments.
2. Refunds Before Work Begins
Clients may request a full refund only if no work has started and the request is made within 3 business days of payment. After that time or once work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
3. Service Adjustments & Revisions
While refunds are not offered, we are happy to provide reasonable revisions to ensure client satisfaction. All revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of project delivery.
4. 12-Month Marketing Service Agreement
Monthly marketing services are billed as part of a 12-month commitment.

If the client chooses to cancel the agreement early, a final payment equal to three (3) months of service is required to terminate the contract.

No refunds will be issued for prior payments.

Services may be paused or rescheduled but are non-transferable or refundable.
5. Project Delays Due to Client Inaction
Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by the client, including failure to provide necessary content, approvals, or communication.
6. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
If you believe you're eligible for a refund based on the conditions above, please email us at ohanahsholdings@gmail.com with your name, business name, the service purchased, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
